Term and Termination: This agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying the Software and all copies thereof. This agreement will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this agreement.
General Provisions: These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the Software. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
